Returns & Exchanges

At Pentagone, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Pentagone retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
